Our baker starts work in the early hours of the morning, beginning each day preparing traditional farmhouse and malthouse loaves, sourdoughs and speciality breads for the oven. By opening time, focaccia, baguettes, croissants and patisserie have made their way to the shelves too – all baked on-site, daily.

Chocolate brownies, flapjack, muffins and cakes are also available, in addition to numerous savoury offerings, not least our own Long Crendon Manor ‘Posh Pork’ sausage rolls and Crendon pasties.
